Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations before 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
If you are running late, I ask you let me know so I can accommodate accordingly. Depending on the circumstance, I may ask you to reschedule. If you are regularly late, I will require a deposit on all services. Anything past 15 minutes late is subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
